Ampersand scores with the Blues

Everton has appointed Ampersand and their multi-media partner, Mocha, to assist with the Club's progression of their stadium development plans.

Following a national tender, Ampersand and Mocha, were one-of-three agencies that were short-listed to present to a panel from Everton FC and AEG Worldwide; the company working with Everton on a naming rights proposition for the Clubs new stadium. Ampersand and Mocha were informed of their success the same day the pitch took place.

 "It was a surreal moment taking a call from Robert Elstone, Deputy Chief Executive of the Club.

"This is a huge win for Ampersand and Mocha and for Liverpool's creative and media community. The contract could have been won by an agency outside of Liverpool, but was awarded to a local company, which is a clear testament that the city's creative pool of talent is booming.

"Everton and AEG have given us a great opportunity and we look forward to working with both companies on this exciting project that could see our designs and marketing collateral being used across the globe, an opportunity that is few and far between", said Emma Blackmore, Managing Director, Ampersand.
